Key Responsibilities

  • •Run clinical governance committee operations, including charters, membership, meeting cadence, agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decision logs, and action items.
  • •Own the clinical organization’s operating rhythm, including staff meetings, planning sessions, offsites, cross-functional forums, and internal communication.
  • •Lead the OKR cycle end to end for the clinical organization, including baseline/target setting, mid-cycle check-ins, scoring, retrospectives, and early surfacing of off-track objectives.
  • •Own the clinical policy lifecycle end to end, including intake, drafting/revision, approval routing, version control, re-review scheduling, and downstream distribution and training handoffs.
  • •Oversee clinical program execution and systematize the risk register entries as a live instrument within the enterprise risk register, including intake/triage, scoring/documentation, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Active clinical license as a master’s level therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), doctorate level clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD), or other psychiatric clinician (PMHNP-BC, MD/DO), with 7+ years of experience in mental health settings.
  • •Experience supporting clinical governance and policy work, such as moving protocols through review and approval or contributing to risk, accreditation, or audit processes.
  • •Demonstrated operational excellence: holding concurrent initiatives to standards and timelines without formal authority.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and building durable governance systems from scratch while managing complex details.
  • •A data-informed approach to setting baselines/targets and reporting progress with data partners.
