Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite new and renewal accounts to meet growth and profitability targets, including negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with brokers.
  • •Manage capacity and evaluate risk across a diverse book of business.
  • •Ensure accounts meet governance standards, including adherence to underwriting guidelines, authority levels, and compliance requirements.
  • •Oversee accurate and timely policy documentation, file maintenance, and administrative processes.
