Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations for MV (RMU) product manufacturing while meeting efficiency and productivity objectives.
  • •Provide direct supervision for employees, including coaching, counseling, disciplinary/performance management, and administering local policies.
  • •Coordinate production activities with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality; set production priorities for on-time delivery and optimal utilization.
  • •Monitor and control in-process inventory to meet production requirements with minimal inventory impact, and ensure required documentation/system transactions are executed.
  • •Design and implement manufacturing processes; establish and audit engineering specifications, BOMs, process routers, production standards, and standard work; support troubleshooting and drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •6+ years of equivalent experience in manufacturing roles with progressive responsibility and product knowledge of MV (RMU).
  • •Working knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, project management, and quality assurance methods and practices.
  • •Experience with ERP (SAP) and MS Office 365 (including Power Apps).
  • •Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing experience in a high mix-low volume environment.
