Job Summary

Lead and support safety/health and risk management programs across assigned operating companies. Administer safety programs, conduct incident analysis, maintain safety records, and coordinate with agencies including MSHA and OSHA. Oversee site safety audits and hazard awareness sessions, coach supervisors on training and human performance tools, and provide industrial hygiene guidance using programs such as respiratory protection, hearing conservation, and silica awareness. Key Responsibilities

•Administer and maintain company safety programs, supporting incident/injury prevention using human performance and technology developments.
•Ensure proper incident analysis for occurrences and provide risk-reduction recommendations; maintain incident/injury records (including general liability, auto liability, and workers’ compensation).
•Maintain liaison with affiliated agencies such as MSHA, OSHA, and Labor Commissions; oversee site safety audits and support selection/installation of safety devices.
•Conduct hazard awareness and correction sessions; assist/coaching operations managers and supervisors with training programs and safety/health material.
•Provide industrial hygiene direction and technical support to minimize exposures using respiratory protection, hearing conservation, and silica awareness practices; monitor safety results and compile reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or a Safety/Health related field.
•Five to seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read, comprehend, and write complex instructions, correspondence, and technical information; strong communication and advanced presentation skills.
•Knowledge of industrial hygiene practices, including respiratory protection, hearing conservation, and silica awareness programs.
•Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
