Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve more complex client servicing issues while delivering a strong client experience.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, accurate teller functions and compliant cash handling and balancing within guidelines.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including teller scheduling, staffing issues, and operational coaching.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; educate clients on financial tools and access channels.
  • •Support branch compliance through adherence to regulatory, security, and internal audit controls; assist Branch Manager with onboarding and training.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
