Provide friendly, front-line customer service by accurately processing banking transactions, following bank policies, and identifying customer needs. Promote relevant offers, products, and services, resolve questions and concerns professionally, and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools. Support daily branch operations, including handling vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned, while collaborating with team members across branches to deliver seamless service.
