Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide scheduling services across diverse real estate projects.
  • •Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractors’ programmes for contractual requirements and scheduling best practices.
  • •Prepare progress update reports highlighting schedule risks and opportunities.
  • •Recommend corrective actions and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays; support delay analysis and assist with delay claims management.
  • •Arrange stakeholder meetings and develop an Integrated Master Works Programme with linked dependencies for the main contractor’s programme.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
  • •Valid working rights in Australia.
  • •Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction and project processes.
  • •Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project; knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
