Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer engagement throughout the STO lifecycle, ensuring early planning, scope definition, and successful execution.
  • •Drive implementation of Emerson’s 7-Step STO process to maximize outage readiness and service delivery.
  • •Conduct site walkdowns and collaborate with customers to identify opportunities, risks, and scope expansion.
  • •Develop and maintain outage pursuit plans aligned with customer expectations and Emerson capabilities.
  • •Partner with Sales, Valve Asset Management consultants, and Service Operations to expand Lifecycle Services revenue and coordinate resources for execution.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the valve, flow-control, maintenance, reliability, or industrial services industry.
  • •Experience supporting or managing Shutdown, Turnaround and Outage activities within process industries.
  • •Knowledge of valve maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management practices.
  • •Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region and a valid driver's license.
