Key Responsibilities

•Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
•Manage the master programme and short-term programmes (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) and keep stakeholders informed.
•Plan and organise statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.
•Monitor progress and quality, ensure safety standards across all activities, and support project administration and issue resolution.
•Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams, facilitate regular progress meetings, and maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
•Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
•Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
•Fluency in Japanese and English required.
