Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
  • •Manage the master programme and short-term programmes (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) and keep stakeholders informed.
  • •Plan and organise statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.
  • •Monitor progress and quality, ensure safety standards across all activities, and support project administration and issue resolution.
  • •Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams, facilitate regular progress meetings, and maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Fluency in Japanese and English required.
