Operations Manager

Lead and shape the Service Operations Department at one or more CarMax locations through a structured “in training” development program. You’ll support end-to-end production processes like inventory management and cosmetic/mechanical repair, collaborate across Sales, Business Office, and Purchasing, and drive operational excellence using KPIs, capacity, quality, cycle time, and cost controls. Serve on the store leadership team with financial accountability and EH&S program ownership.
