Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and continuous development for the lab team.
  • •Ensure smooth, GMP-compliant lab operations, including resource, personnel, and capacity planning.
  • •Oversee analytical testing and release of finished goods and raw materials, and assess analytical results.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements, modeling SHE and GMP standards.
  • •Lead deviation and CAPA processes, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement; manage method validations, equipment qualifications, audits, and quality documentation/SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed chemistry degree with PhD.
  • •Multi-year experience in instrumental analytics, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment with a focus on chromatography.
  • •First or solid leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide team members.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience evaluating complex scientific data.
  • •Very good German and English skills and confident collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
