Key Responsibilities

•Drive store performance by achieving or exceeding sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and service.
•Ensure high standards of customer experience in line with Puma Cornerstones and service standards.
•Assist with recruitment, training, development and succession of high-performing Associates.
•Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
•Ensure training programs (Domestic and Global) are functional and results-driven within the Store.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of management experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record.
•Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals and to hire, train, develop and retain top Associates and teams.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to present information to large groups and reason through complex issues.
•Ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and store profitability while delivering high levels of service.
•Willingness to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
