Key Responsibilities

  • •Exercise significant discretion and apply legal research to business immigration cases, including identifying appropriate case law.
  • •Manage large caseloads by independently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Review, draft, and monitor petitions for business immigration matters.
  • •Provide professional, responsive client service and manage extensive client contact and deadlines.
  • •Work with experience covering PERM labor certification/recruitment and both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa preference categories, with support from paralegals.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor, state license, and in good standing.
  • •1-3 years of experience preparing business immigration applications and other immigration matters.
  • •Experience handling business immigration case types, including PERM labor certification and recruitment.
  • •Experience with nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas.
  • •Ability to exercise discretion and apply legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills to formulate legal arguments and identify relevant case law.
