  • •Advise senior and executive leadership on acoustics, noise, and vibration as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • •Act as the primary technical authority and thought leader across the business.
  • •Lead a specialized team and represent WSP in client engagements, regulatory discussions, and industry forums.
  • •Drive innovation and deliver original approaches on complex, ambiguous, or emerging technical issues.

Salary: 134,600 - 184,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred in acoustics or a related discipline.
  • •P.Eng. (Ontario) designation required.
  • •20+ years of experience in acoustics, noise, and vibration, including 10+ years as a technical lead.
  • •Advanced expertise in environmental noise, building acoustics, and vibration analysis.
  • •Proficiency with modelling tools such as CadnaA, Odeon, EASE, TNM, and STAMSON.
