Job Summary

Senior Strategic Workforce Planner to partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to shape skills-based labor strategies, develop global workforce plans, and drive data-driven decisions. You’ll leverage internal/external analytics, scenario modeling, and AI-enabled insights to optimize workforce configuration and location strategy while presenting executive-level recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Senior Leaders across the company (business, HR, Finance, etc.) to shape skills-based labor strategies, workforce location strategies and budget-aligned workforce plans
•Lead the development of global workforce plans by incorporating business strategies, financial goals, and human capital requirements
•Build content for presentations to People Organization and business executives to drive critical decision making
•Ensure that appropriate process controls and visibility mechanisms are in place to support the execution of workforce plans; drive interventions with the business to mitigate plan risks
•Identify and apply research and tools required to achieve objectives for large, complex strategic workforce initiatives

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quantitative methods, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Human Capital, Economics, Market Research, or related field (MBA preferred)
•10+ years of experience leading projects and initiatives in strategy, management consulting, industry research, business operations, financial planning, or quantitative analytics ( workforce planning or strategic HR)
•5+ years of work experience in business planning and strategy at a Global/Corporate/Function level or in top-tier management consulting
•Extensive experience with data analysis and forecasting
•Proficiency in PowerPoint (executive presentations) and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas); knowledge of Power BI, SQL and/or Python desirable
