Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions by offering deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service options, meeting service and sales targets, and referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, support teller transactions when needed, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
