•Act as the executive-facing leader for a major UK financial services institution’s Cyera engagement.
•Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and risk/compliance leaders; guide the customer data security journey.
•Own overall program success and the strategic roadmap, ensuring customers progress through adoption, maturity, and value realization milestones.
•Orchestrate cross-functional Cyera teams (Customer Success Engineering, Managed Services, Deployment, Professional Services, Support, Product, Sales) and align stakeholders on shared objectives and outcomes.
•Drive program governance, risk management, executive communications, and help customers achieve measurable business, operational, and security outcomes while identifying expansion opportunities.
