Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect roads, highways, landscape, public realm, and streetscape works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Monitor site activities for pavements, kerbs, sidewalks, hardscape/softscape, irrigation systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • •Review contractor inspection requests and verify completed works prior to approval.
  • •Conduct inspections across road construction (earthworks, subgrade/subbase, asphalt, road markings, road furniture) and landscape works (planting, irrigation networks, public realm elements).
  • •Maintain inspection records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Roads Inspector, Landscape Inspector, or Roads/Landscape Inspector on infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience in construction supervision consultancy environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of road construction and landscape installation, including irrigation systems and streetscape/public realm works.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents; experience with testing/commissioning/handover is required.
