Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms such as Stripe.
  • •Reconcile executed order forms vs. provisioning requests and partner with Sales and Legal to resolve gaps.
  • •Process mid-cycle changes and manage renewals, including upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, plan switches, and offboarding.
  • •Resolve invoice discrepancies (amounts, missing credits, misapplied discounts) raised by customers or Customer Success.
  • •Run revenue integrity audits, remediate billing issues (ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, orphaned invoices), and support month/quarter-end close with Finance reconciliation.
