Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Woodfield Mall

Drive and exceed store sales goals by creating an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection and product education. Build daily client relationships, ensure a friendly and easy shopping environment, and resolve customer needs quickly. Partner with store leadership by analyzing reports, supporting action plans, and maintaining effective sales floor coverage. Execute front/back of house procedures, support product flow and merchandising, and educate guests on ALO’s product, community, and culture.
