Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and maintain SPS implementation plans that support ongoing process improvements.
  • •Calibrate expectations with SPS using audits (5S sweep sheet/audit, DTM audits/checklists) and maintenance excellence metrics.
  • •Train, coach, and educate plant associates to improve zero-based losses and KPIs including OEE, quality, waste reduction, process performance, supply chain efficiency, energy conservation, safety, and operating costs.
  • •Drive standardization of SPS processes, pillars, metrics, systems, and communication formats across plants and the division.
  • •Schedule and execute engagement visits; complete trip reports, scorecards, and corrective action follow-ups; provide direct one-on-one feedback to managers and pillar leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Manufacturing leadership, engineering, and continuous improvement experience (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • •Strong technical aptitude to understand manufacturing disciplines, financials, and technologies across supported regions.
