Workday Reporting & Integration Lead - Senior Manager

Lead Workday reporting and integration workstreams for enterprise clients, owning technical delivery from planning through go-live and post-production support. Design and implement Workday integrations (including inbound and outbound EIBs), manage integration enhancements, and build Workday reports (standard, advanced, composite) to support data validation and testing. Partner with functional and technical teams to assess source data and conversion requirements, coach technical staff, and resolve client barriers with sound recommendations aligned to business needs.
