•Monitor progress of repairs, communicate any changes to customers, and obtain proper authorization for additional repairs.
•Test-drive the vehicle or refer to the test technician as necessary and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain customer satisfaction and advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48,000 - 100,800 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or the equivalent.
•Two years of experience in a dealership position.
•General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
•ASE certification preferred.
•Sales experience preferred.
