Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage teams of Product Service Engineers and Service Product Trainers supporting the Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Service Division strategy.
  • •Ensure serviceability input to the CPS Product Line from introduction through end of service life using PROLauch stage-gate management.
  • •Deliver and support in-house training for Field Service Technicians (including third-party resources) and design instructor-led training based on skills analysis.
  • •Influence product design and changes to meet Eaton safety requirements and improve serviceability, while partnering cross-functionally to maintain service requirements.
  • •Analyze group performance; coach and mentor team members; partner with EHS to support compliance and a “zero incidents” safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 7 years in a technical, product training, field service, or related roles within the electrical or power management industry.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager of people or leading a team.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience with UPS systems or related power management technology.
  • •Experience with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system (e.g., Enovia) and/or project management experience/PMP certification.
