  • •Own ambiguous business problems from framing through analysis and implementation, with limited direction.
  • •Dive into data and underlying processes to identify root causes and avoid treating symptoms.
  • •Quantify financial and operational impact and evaluate potential solutions through deep analyses and models.
  • •Run deep dives across vendor spend, payments, banking, market data, subscriptions, financial processes, and internal operations.
  • •Use Claude and other AI tools to build repeatable AI-powered workflows and automations, present recommendations clearly to senior leadership, and measure delivered impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a highly analytical environment, ideally including top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent) and/or a strong analytical role in a high-growth tech company.
  • •Exceptional structured problem-solving to turn ambiguous questions into clear hypotheses, analyses, and actions.
  • •Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience working with messy or incomplete data.
  • •Ability to go deep into unfamiliar areas and learn quickly to identify what actually matters.
  • •Advanced AI user (e.g., Claude or similar), with demonstrated ability to improve research, analysis, modelling, and execution workflows using AI.
