Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day financial transactions including calculating and raising client invoices and initiating vendor purchase orders.
  • •Support period-end close by preparing documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and financial controls, and performing cost allocations and reconciliations.
  • •Prepare annual budgets and monthly re-forecasts, gathering input from operational stakeholders and validating data accuracy.
  • •Maintain KPI dashboards and perform variance analysis to highlight performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for Finance Manager review.
  • •Model scenarios and support planning exercises, collaborate on process improvements and internal control efficiencies, and respond to ad hoc management data requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
  • •Solid understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, Peoplesoft, Ariba, OneStream).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI or data automation tools is an asset.
