Analyze and improve business systems and processes for a custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturer. Partner with stakeholders across design, manufacturing, and sales to gather requirements and implement technology solutions. Own the system implementation lifecycle (planning, testing, deployment, and training), ensure integration across CAD/CAM, ERP, and CRM tools, and provide ongoing troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting to support operational performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and evaluate existing business systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new technology solutions.
•Design, develop, and implement new systems and modify existing ones to meet evolving business needs.
•Oversee system implementation from planning through testing, deployment, and user training.
•Ensure integration across applications (e.g., CAD/CAM, ERP, CRM) and provide technical support, documentation, reporting, and data integrity/security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,600 - 114,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst (or similar).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems design.
•Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Familiarity with manufacturing environments and ERP/MRP/CRM; database management and working SQL knowledge are desirable.
