Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store aligned with brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales, and service.
  • •Assist the store manager with recruitment, training, development, succession, and holding the team accountable through coaching and performance reviews.
  • •Control payroll and manage service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
  • •Act as store manager when the store manager is away; ensure training programs and loss prevention education are completed and effective.

Key Requirements

  • •2 - 4 years’ management experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
  • •Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.

  • •Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information to large groups.
  • •Computer skills, including basic MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with retail software.
