Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day demand data validation and QA across demand data pipelines, flagging anomalies and ensuring clean inputs.
  • •Build automated alerting for data quality issues, missing feeds, and forecast anomalies.
  • •Investigate discrepancies between forecast and actuals, document root causes, and maintain a log of known data issues.
  • •Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform demand data across cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
  • •Build dashboards and automated reporting with operational KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, waste risk, availability) and support daily/weekly demand plan generation and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel, plus PowerBI or Tableau; Python is a plus.
  • •Understanding of forecasting concepts including bias and accuracy metrics like MAPE/WAPE and how they relate to waste and availability.
  • •Curiosity to work with limited historical data (new markets/product launches) and learn techniques such as proxy data and trend smoothing.
