COORDINATOR OF OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements across key plant programs like the 6s program, standardization, abnormalities management, and complex action plans. Serve as the point of contact to help the plant understand and apply corporate process improvement programs, analyze data to recommend actions, and track CI implementation. Lead meetings, train teams in continuous improvement methods, and ensure safety and food safety policies are followed.
