Sr. Backend Engineer - Engine Team: API

Design and implement secure, robust, and scalable backend services for speech processing and Deepgram’s core inference stack. You’ll improve networking, speech processing, audio transcoding, and latency/memory optimization, develop measurement and performance optimization processes, and debug complex distributed system issues. Partnering with Product, you’ll deliver end-to-end features and rapidly customize services to meet customer needs, using reusable code and strong engineering fundamentals.
