Project Manager

Lead end-to-end capital project delivery for a chemical processing site, overseeing scope through concept development, front-end studies, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Partner with Business, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to align projects with site strategy and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and executive-level reporting while ensuring engineering compliance with standards and codes.
