Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.
•Participate in consistent coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.
