  • •Define and execute the long-term safety strategy, including safety management systems, policies, standards, and governance mechanisms.
  • •Strengthen audit programs and operational risk assessments for new products, launches, depots, and markets.
  • •Develop leading safety metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting mechanisms; lead emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity preparedness.
  • •Build and mentor a high-performing safety organization, including training and certification programs for operators, technicians, and frontline leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years leading safety programs in high-reliability technology-enabled environments such as logistics, robotics, automotive, autonomous systems, aviation, or warehouse operations.
  • •Build enterprise-scale safety management systems from the ground up, including operational risk management, hazard identification, incident investigation, and preventive controls.
  • •Lead safety audits, compliance reviews, and operational governance programs across technology and operations.
