Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver tailored service to law firms, legal professionals, and fiduciary clients for specialty deposit accounts within Juris Banking.
  • •Handle requests and transactions for specialty deposits, including accurate and timely responses aligned with SLAs.
  • •Review escrow agreements and change requests for feasibility and risk; determine whether internal counsel review is necessary.
  • •Manage escrow deposit relationships, including deposits, distributions, tracking, and documentation for internal audit reviews.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders (relationship managers, directors of deposit operations, specialty deposit operations, sales, and legal) to onboard, service, and manage accounts, including vendor relationship management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in banking, deposits, or account servicing (6+ years preferred).
  • •Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Excellent customer service and strong communication skills, including speaking and listening.
