Sales & Service Lead - Fashion Show

Lead daily sales floor execution to elevate guest experience and deliver engagement and interaction targets. Coach and support Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers to improve guest connection and product education, while building client relationships and using performance reports to drive results. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities, ensuring the store is well-executed and maximized.
