Director, Cybersecurity

Oversee all aspects of the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, including risk management, incident response, compliance, and security awareness training. Lead and grow the cybersecurity team through hiring, coaching, and performance management while setting policies and standards aligned to industry best practices and regulations. Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business partners to integrate cybersecurity requirements and serve as the primary cybersecurity contact for internal and external stakeholders.
