Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • •Provide strategic direction for cybersecurity initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • •Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee incident response across detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, legal, compliance, and business units) and serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •CISSP (or equivalent) certification.
  • •10+ years of cybersecurity experience with a proven track record leading and managing teams.
  • •Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF, NIST RMF, ISO27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  • •Experience leading incident response, including forensics, investigations, and coordination with law enforcement.
