Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and/or generate program SOWs and defined customer component application requirements.
  • •Develop and sustain proactive obsolescence management processes to deliver cost-saving mitigation strategies.
  • •Drive resolution via support or execution of lifetime buys, alternate parts selections, redesign efforts, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Support contract negotiations, basis of estimates, and supplier SOWs for proposal efforts.
  • •Interface regularly with program and customer leadership to communicate mitigation strategy status and conduct trade study analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • •Experience with project management across schedules, costs, and stakeholder integration within the obsolescence process.
