Job Summary

Manage day-to-day operations for the account management section within the Protection Services team in Abu Dhabi. Own service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, including contract performance, quality assurance, and KPI achievement. Lead and support coordinators and supervisors, develop SOPs, handle budgeting/P&L, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and client communication through weekly/monthly meetings. Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, oversee licensing renewals, and coordinate audits, planning, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and operate day-to-day operations within the specific operations section, ensuring smooth service delivery to clients per agreed SLAs and KPIs.
•Lead the operations team and guide coordinators and site supervisors; develop site SOPs and ensure quality standards and contractual deployment.
•Maintain monthly budgets and P&L, issue invoices, manage expenditure recording, and handle revenue forecasting and billable positions revenues.
•Own contract service delivery and contract performance, including quality assurance, KPI achievement, and handling client queries and contractual breaches/complaints.
•Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, oversee licensing renewals, manage oversight on SIRA expiry and training plan, and support SOC interface and site audits.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in security operations.
•Higher Secondary or university degree with attestation from home country and UAE MOFA.
•Should be in the possession of SIRA Manager License.
•Strong reporting, performance management, strategic planning, and staffing management skills.
•Strong briefing and coaching ability.
