Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the architecture for hardware product development processes, including design review gates, qualification campaigns, and production readiness criteria.
  • •Own and evolve the central engineering standards repository (design standards, analysis standards, and product maturity framework).

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
  • •5+ years of industry experience as a design engineer, development engineer, process development engineer, product manager, or similar role.
  • •Hands-on mechanical or electrical design/development experience bringing hardware products to market.
  • •Experience working on advanced hardware systems with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • •Knowledge of design/development toolchains (CAD, PLM) and familiarity with defense industry standards and compliance frameworks.
