Job Summary

Design, lead, and govern enterprise-scale infrastructure automation to deliver secure, resilient, standardized operations across Windows, UNIX/Linux, virtualization, and hybrid cloud. Reduce operational toil by building policy-driven, reusable, auditable automation frameworks aligned to security and governance standards. Serve as technical lead and reviewer for automation designs and production deployments, mentor engineers, and provide Level-3 escalation while partnering across platform engineering, operations, security, and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design strategy, development, planning, coordination, and deployment of complex infrastructure automation tools and technologies.
•Design and implement automation frameworks, patterns, and reusable modules across platforms and teams.
•Drive adoption of Ansible/AAP/AWX orchestration integrated with CI/CD pipelines and IaC models.
•Serve as IT app owner for automation platforms and services (e.g., Ansible Automation Platform, AWX, lifecycle automation frameworks).
•Act as technical lead and reviewer for automation designs, pull requests, and production deployments; mentor engineers and provide Level-3 escalation support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•8–12+ years of infrastructure engineering or automation experience with demonstrable leadership in enterprise automation initiatives.
•Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), AWX, and Terraform, including automation orchestration.
•Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash (or equivalent).
•Experience automating Windows and UNIX/Linux infrastructure at scale and integrating with CI/CD and IaC concepts.
