Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive executive assistance, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Handle calendar management, communications and correspondence, client interactions, expense reports, travel arrangements, and HR needs (requisition management and time and attendance).
  • •Coordinate meetings and video conferencing, schedule rooms, and prepare agendas and supporting materials.
  • •Review and prioritize incoming calls and requests; independently research, summarize, and resolve matters with limited direction while exercising judgment.
  • •Process invoices accurately and timely, coordinate events with thorough planning, and improve office efficiency by evaluating current processes and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.4 - 41.83 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma.
  • •Minimum of five years of administrative experience or equivalent business experience.
  • •Very strong, proven organizational and client service skills.
  • •Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
