Job Summary

Oversee production operations to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. You’ll control the production process, keep accurate records, and manage line staffing and general line maintenance. Lead daily safety efforts, ensure workstations pass USDA inspection, and support inventory rotation and proper product coding. Supervise team members, provide training and counseling, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve processing problems.

•Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
•Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure every position is filled before line start-up.
•Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
•Ensure machinery is performing to the highest standard and verify workstations have passed USDA inspection.
•Oversee processing operations, manage inventory rotation and product coding, keep records of reworked or returned product, and promote safety through daily actions and monthly meetings.
