Lead Facilities Management Engineer (QA)

Oversee junior facilities management engineers and supervise maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage minor repairs and renovation projects, and ensure on-call maintenance responsiveness with minimal operational disruption. Coordinate maintenance engineering with design, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams, conduct inspections, enforce PPE and safety protocols, maintain audit-ready records, and support performance management and training for the maintenance team.
