Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical design support to project teams and deliver projects in line with client requirements
  • •Lead the design team, manage time effectively, and support the project leader as required
  • •Supervise technical project teams and liaise with Clients and Contractors
  • •Organize and coordinate Design Teams and sub-contractors
  • •Perform day-to-day design delivery tasks including production of design deliverables, addressing technical queries, site inspections, condition surveys, and tracking changes that could impact fees or schedule

Key Requirements

  • •HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognized approved equivalents
  • •Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or recognized approved equivalent)
  • •Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance
  • •REVIT and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM(Building Information Modelling)
  • •Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
