Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage strategic direction, external drivers analysis, and the account strategic plan for the Navy/NAVFAC portfolio.
  • •Build account plans, set growth goals, flow down objectives to engagement teams, and monitor/support sales opportunities.
  • •Conduct weekly Salesforce pipeline reviews and ensure capture plans for major pursuits; support teaming, negotiating, and lead major proposals.
  • •Maintain monthly account performance visibility, bookings vs. projections alignment, and provide situational reports when forecasts diverge.
  • •Lead/manage key client relationships, oversee corrective actions/recoveries, and ensure compliance including FAR and OCI resolution/boards where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned with Navy/NAVFAC needs.
  • •At least 12 years’ experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS based on project and opportunity needs.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •Highly desirable: Master’s or PhD, and Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA).
