Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete work area setup and fit parts together using prescribed instructions and quality standards.
  • •Operate hand tools (e.g., hammer, miter saw, reciprocating saw, nail gun, tape measure) to assemble components.
  • •Stack completed products and, when required, cover, label, and band finished components.
  • •Perform routine quality control checks on measurements, proper assembly techniques, and compliance with production standards; make necessary corrections.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including equipment inspections and clean-up.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
  • •No minimum experience required; 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math.
  • •Ability to safely and repeatedly lift lumber, and to stand for extended periods.
  • •Ability to tolerate daily exposure to hot and cold weather and to use hammering for extended periods using proper technique and safety practices.
