Vikar Alcoa Mosjøen

Join Alcoa’s Mosjøen production teams as a flexible substitute (vikar) available year-round. You’ll support production work in different departments, adapt to changing tasks and shift schedules, and complete required training and certifications—along with crane and truck certification—while Alcoa pays during training time. An individualized training plan will be created with you, and you’ll go through health check and interviews before stepping into the role.
