Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coordinate, and monitor EPC contractor construction activities to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specifications, drawings, HSE, quality, and schedules.
  • •Act as PMC representative on site to support safe, efficient, and quality execution of construction and installation works, including through commissioning and handover.
  • •Review and provide input to construction/installation plans and procedures, including constructability reviews of EPC packages and design documents.
  • •Coordinate and assist with fabrication works and inspect EPC contractor and subcontractor activities for safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • •Identify construction slippage and recommend corrective actions; participate in effective change management and provide construction input to estimates and bid preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related disciplines).
  • •Minimum 10–15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a PMC or client representative role.
  • •Strong knowledge of ASME B31.4/B31.8 and API standards.
  • •Experience with pipeline welding and NDT, plus hydrotesting and commissioning procedures.
