Key Responsibilities

  • •Author and own the sustainment CDRL suite (LSP, LORA, SSPCL, PTD, tech manuals per MIL-STD-40051, and GEIA-STD-0007).
  • •Translate engineering analyses (FMECA, RCM, MTA) into provisioning quantities, maintenance intervals, and support equipment lists.
  • •Manage repair-and-return pipelines and turnaround times; build provisioning baselines (spares, forecasting) and ensure accurate GFP and property records across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
  • •Identify program gaps and build SOPs, trackers, and data standards; surface risks and execute hands-on procedures and field activation support.
  • •Partner with the LPM on LCSP and Product Support Business Case Analyses; represent supportability at SRR/PDR/CDR and run the DMSMS program to mitigate obsolescence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive acquisition logistics, product support, or sustainment program management in a DoD environment, including lifecycle logistics/ILS/IPS/PSM roles.
  • •Hands-on end-to-end ownership of at least two IPS elements on a DoD or comparable acquisition program.
  • •Working knowledge of the 12 IPS elements and product support strategy/policy, with depth in maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, support equipment, or PHS&T.
  • •Direct experience authoring and delivering logistics CDRLs against DIDs with comment resolution and revision cycles to government acceptance.
